Vegetables
They will taste as if you had done them steamed. They will keep the natural vitamins and minerals, their original color, and all their flavor.
Soups
It is one of the star recipes to make in the microwave. Add vegetables, meat, chicken or your favorite ingredients, then add the water indicated by the recipe. When finished, it is better to add more water, since the liquid is usually very concentrated.
Fish
Fish needs little time for cooking, and it is one of the best products to cook in a microwave because it keeps all its flavor and texture.
Potatoes
