Things You Can Do To Restore the Dishwasher
Your dishwasher is a faithful server. You seldom need to call your expertise to make it work again because it rarely stops doing it. However, during its use, there can always be setbacks, and many of them are due to simple incidents that you can solve yourself. Do not panic, use if you need the instruction manual and proceed to solve the fault, if it is in your hands.
Below are some examples:
* If your dishwasher smells bad:
It is due to small particles of leftover food that accumulate in the filter of the machine and begin releasing a disgusting smell. Worse, it might transmit the odor to your dishes during the drying cycle.
Solution: Remove the filter from the dishwasher and proceed to clean it thoroughly. Be sure to use hot water and a stiff scrub brush with soap.
* Salt intake is excessive
It can occur for various reasons:
1. By having the dispenser damaged. If this is the case, you should change the water softener.
2. The regeneration valve is in poor condition.
3. The reservoir cap does not seal tightly.
4. The electronic board is in bad condition.
* If the dishwasher is not draining:
Solutions: Clear your garbage disposal, clean the air gap.
* If the garbage disposal is clogged:
Solutions: Take off the cap and remove debris. You can also use a homemade solution such as vinegar, baking soda and hot water.
* If it does not dry:
If your dishes do not come out completely dry it can be for several reasons: not having enough brightener, the resistance of the dishwasher is damaged or burned, or that the thermostat is damaged.
