Tips to put trays in the oven at the perfect height
How many times have you had a cake ready and did not know how high to put the tray? Placing the trays in the oven at the proper height, depending on what you are going to cook is essential for a perfect result.

Here are some examples:
Sponge cake: for a perfect result, place the mold on the grill at the second height at a recommended temperature of 350 ºF.
Pasta and biscuits: to make them golden and crispy, bake them on the flat baking tray on top of baking paper at a height of 3 and of 275ºF.
Apple pie: for perfect results, the advice is to use a deep tray, at 348ºF, and place it in third height.
Muffins: 300ºF in height 3 and in the flat baking tray. Do not forget to sprinkle sugar when you have them in the mold! It is the trick of the best bakers.
Bread: To bake 1 kg of bread it is advisable to use the flat oven tray located at height 3 and at a temperature of 370ºF.
Baked fish: use the deep universal tray and place it at a second height at a temperature of º370F.
Frozen pizzas: bake in the second height of the oven at 390 ºF, using the grill. It will be like the best Italian restaurant!
